I was asked by GM to run WINMTR test for d2r error resolution but was not provided an IP to use during the test. Please advise.

My apologies for not seeing an IP to test with for the Winmtr. We don’t have an exact IP yet, however we can still get a good general idea of the connection’s quality and potential problems if ran to our login servers. For the test, you’d want to run it to:
us.actual.battle.net
If you happen to be in the EU region, replacing the US with EU would be best:
eu.actual.battle.net
Since you already have the ticket, attaching the Winmtr results in a reply to it would be best so a Game Master can go over what the results show.
