Currently I’m getting and error claiming I am out of spec for D2R to boot up. Namely my graphics card. I run and gforce rtx 3060 which is well above min. The drivers are current and I have no clue what else to do .

You should post on the D2R Tech Support forum and including a DxDiag report.
The DxDiag report can be quite lengthy… so paste it in your post between 2 lines of 4 tildes like so:
