I click the button play, its loading and not opening

same problem. All drivers up-to-date and I had the beta working previouslyā€¦ sad day.

The play button isnā€™t even highlighted. Just says ā€˜this game cannot be played yetā€™ :confounded:

Same problem here, all drivers uo to date. Beta worked fine for me and now i press play and its sais ā€œplayintā€ For fre seconds and then changes back to play without opening the game. I restarted the computer, erased all battlenet appdata cachĆ©, check and repaired the gamem nothing works. Really sad i was counting down days and hours for this momentā€¦

Restarting pc worked for me and others. Unfortunately, even if youā€™re able to click play, you probably wonā€™t be able to create a game. If you can and you leave game, your character is deleted. Womp womp blizzard

thats exactly what happens to me. But now It says i have no internet connection

I can not even get the EXE file to complete download. starts, but then just sits there. same for BattleNet app on PC.

mine says unexpected error occurred scanned game says everything is fine

HI having exact same problem,
hit play and the game never launches.
3 other computers on my net work are playing as im typing
has something to do with certain cpuā€™s or something

This post did NOTHING to help this person out, so why post it? We know there is a D2R forum, we need SUPPORT for a PROBLEMā€¦ This is a SUPPORT forum and D2R forum doesnt not have a SUPPORT forumā€¦ See now? Thanks, try again.

Yes, it does. There is both Tech Support and Bug Report there. Tech Support is where you would want to go for issues running D2R.

For the Desktop Launcher App - help getting it installed and connected.

So that people will stop posting in a place where they wonā€™t get any help. Unless someone needs help installing the Launcher, they are wasting their time posting here about D2R.

I am afraid you donā€™t appear to meet the Minimum requirements to run the game.
