D2R - fps drops when moving mouse

I have a system that is way above requirements (Ryzen 3700x, RTX 2070 super, 32gb ram, game installed on SSD with plenty of free space).

When on the character selection screen or in game, whenever I start moving the mouse cursor, the fps drops to unplayable levels. As soon as the mouse cursor stops moving, the frame rate goes back to buttery smooth.

It was fine the first couple days I played, then it suddenly started doing this. I updated my graphics drivers and the problem went away for one night - but today the problem is back and there’s no more graphics drivers to update so I’m left with just an unplayable game.

Seems to be a server issue. I’m receiving the same response. When I boot up D2R it runs crisp(On M.2.). As soon as I log into battle.net, the frame rate crashes to unplayable.

I noticed the resolution scale set at default was @ 200%. Making the game run slower. I adjusted the resolution scale in the options setting and it fixed the issue. Hope that helps.
