I logged in this moring to find all my characters gone, leveol 30 druid 80+ sorc. and 80+ barb. and a level one mule.

the server is done. its server side. once servers are up your characters will be back
I had the same issue this morning - all of my characters gone. This on top of the multiple daily crashes.

mine are gone too is this game ever going to work they way any game payed for should…
Ok, 2 days in a row of missing toons. So now we wait for them to get around to it, then emergency maintenance and then maybe we can play.
Same here. I even logged on bout 20 minutes ago. Died couldn’t get my corpse quit and then characters gone. I hope I don’t lose my stuff
