I noticed the problem on July 4. I have 11 online characters that I have created but when I go to create a new one it now says, “Failed to create character. Try again later.” This happens with a ladder, hardcore, or normal character creation. It does it regardless of what class I select. I can join and create games online with no issues. I can create an offline character with no issues. All of my previously created online characters are showing up just fine.
