blizzard should have been obligated to shut down the server until this is fixed, obviously they are letting only some people play and discriminating against the rest of us. Complaint is being made to Visa.

This is happening to me too. I made a new character and try to log on with that one and it just black screens me
Has anyone gotten back in yet? I’ve still been locked out with this error since 9:45pm last night
I’m still the same and when creating a new character the server gives me an error 14 levels for nothing …

I have went to bed and woke up… still have this error. I sure wish I didnt take Thursday and Friday off of work for no reason. What a let down. Then a brand new game completely loses its support team at 5PM and they all just go home? On launch day!?! What the actual F!

Since 6 hours ago I can’t play softcore anymore in any region (americas, europe, asia). Trying to create/join games with my existing softcore characters I get error messages as below:
“Failed to Enter Game. This character is already in a game on the server. Please try again later.”.
“An issue occurred while communicating with the game servers. Please check that you are connected to the internet and try again.”
If I try to create a new softcore hero and create/join game, it says: “Error creating game” or “Join failed”.
Strangely, hardcore hero can be played.
May I know how much longer I need to wait to be able to play d2r? Many people are playing w/o issues and gaining unfair advantage. I also got paid time off from my work to play d2r, i guess i wasted my vacation days in vain?

Been locked out for over 14 hours. End of work day? It boggles the mind that there isn’t a small crew there to manage the game off “work hours”. At my company there’s always someone available.
Has anyone found a fix here? Same issue. However, I noticed I had some unidentified gloves which I couldn’t identify with a scroll. Thought it was weird and went to pay Deckard Cain a visit. This is when the game crashed and now I’ve been in the game for 9 hours and still can’t play. Lame
