U fixed it for 3-4 days and since 2 days it is back again ! 2000-2500 wait in line qeue before each game creation on US East ! Only US east is in that bad state , no other realms have that problem!
When are u going to fix it once for all ?

I would like to understand whats happening as well. The game is older, but i don’t understand why the queue times are so bad. Anyone at Blizz that could shed some light? It would be nice to know a solution is in the works, or at the very least it would be nice to know the admins/devs are aware of this?

#1: About 2700 queue. Roughly 3 minutes to start a game.
(got out stopwatch)
#2: 2816 queue. 3 minutes 25 seconds to start game.
#3: 2804 queue. 3 minutes 30 seconds to start game.

100% true. The fix lasted 3-4 days and now we are back at ladder reset day lol
Yeah, its sucks, 2 days with 3-4k queue games :S

This is still on our radar, creating extra threads does not help get the issue resolved and in fact just makes it harder to track the scope of impact of this problem. Please post in the main thread.
