Hey guys, So I have a few questions for resurrected,
Sorry I’m asking on classic game categorie don’t have an option to choose anything else!
1: will we be able to use our characters from the old game are they compatible.
2: is Diablo 2 lod ip/tcp multiplayer compatible with resurrected as I play with my father but he doesn’t want to get resurrected!
3: will there be emotes! Just for fun.
4: when in a party is items dropped can be collected by everyone or are will they only show for you what drops and your team mate will have different items!
5: I have just got resurrected, will there be betas to play or will we have to wait till September to play properly!
OFFLINE Single player chars can be used in D2R. Online Battlenet Chars can not. Your old online chars will stay playable on old Bnet right where they are now.
No. D2 (2000) and LoD (2001) will stay exactly as they are and are not compatible for group play with D2R.
I don’t think Blizzard has emotes in any games so I doubt it.
D2R will keep the same loot system as old D2 (2000) and LOD (2001). Drops will be visible to everyone and you will have to still scramble to click fastest if you are in a public game.
As per the D2R website, people who pre-purchase will have early access to the Open phase of Beta in August.

Thank you for the replies really appreciated, Good to know what we can and can’t do and glad they are keeping the d2s files good that we don’t have to start toons again I thought saves were gonna be on cloud like d3 but glad you can still use old toons
