let us hope, the issue will be resolved asap. This is the 2nd time this year it happened like this by the way.

For me as an addict, waiting for the servers to be repaired more than 2 days is outrageous. How hard can be unplugging and plugging again the server cable.

EU is still down since around 1am saturday morning… USeast had the issues as well, was fixed within 12hrs…

Hopefully they will fix this tomorrow. I keep staring at my characters for days knowing that I can’t play them…

Good morning,
its more than 80hrs now. We can not play in EU at all. Nothing changed. One of your oldest communities, people that still put effort in the game. And nothing happens, if there is a problem… Not even an update or communication is given…

There is not much more to say.
I do understand, that a long weekend lies behind us, and also that there are no emergency measures in place for the old battle net. But today is a normal workday in Europe. Shouldn’t this issue have been resolved by now? Or is everything handled from the US, specifically California?

Thx for taking a look and poke at it! Can you mayhaps give us a small update? It even would help to know if it’s taking longer bc there’s still a holiday in US(?) or if it’s a very weird bug that needs a lot more work. It’s just so sad to check every day and see that we’re still not able to play, not being sure when we will be able to do so again and not being sure if there’s someone looking into it or if blizzard has forsaken us

Some of my old (but cherished) toons expired today. I can log in and refresh them, just can’t play them!
Game create queue on EU was 256 then went up to 257, never went down and no games to join.
As others have said, just a re-assuring message that you are aware and it might take a few hours/days/weeks would be kind especially because we are so close to a ladder reset!

On Europe, Blizzard said they were aware and were looking into it… no details about how long this might take, however:

Please Blizzard fix it quick - it requires little to run the whole operation, and we are not many left, 5 days with dead servers is too many, in any game!!

I got word that things were adjusted and the servers should work now for creating games. Please do restart the game to test and post here if there’s still a problem. Thanks again for everyone’s patience.
