My power went out a few days ago and now it looks like my character is stuck in limbo. I’ve been able to make a new account and sign in, but my main account is just failing. I read online sometimes it just takes waiting a day but that didn’t work.

I just logged a ticket. I was told to try a few things. I had already done them (restart router, restart computer, nothing else running, and I am unable to change my IP as I am on ATT internet).
I have seen this before I think. If I remember correct, that character is thought to already be in a game, so they can’t join a game. Now I think I might just have to write them off as a loss and start over
