I transferred Tempest’s Heart to Breath of Incense and ever since the Cyclone Strike skill modifier is not working properly.
Originally the vortex starts to move instantly on its own towards the cursor and won’t stop easily even if you hit a wall or corner or such and that is very convenient but after essence transfer I now always have to manually move it and it can easily stop when there is a bit of an obstacle in the way like a small object you cannot walk on or such.
I actually put on Tempest’s Heart again and it’s now also not moving on its own, as if the essence transfer permanently broke the skill modifier.
