Blizzard’s customer support is a joke. A server transfer used to be 10 minutes. I have been in limbo for two days, so I opened a ticket. I got the BS response I expected. We are very busy and it can now take up to 72 hours. This used to take 5 to 10 minutes, how lazy do they have to be to turn this into 72 hours?

I have the same problem of character transfers. It’s been 36 hours since I did the transfer from Atiesh to Lieshen and they’re still ‘processing’. Ridiculous!
