constant pinging updates every month is not helping our case

I mean … at this point, even them saying “we have no intention of fixing it” would be better than what we have gotten.
God forbid that we as customers ask when an almost one year old problem is gonna be fixed…
Maybe a few more shop mounts and the poor company can hire some additional coders.
things are what they are for the past 2 years the api has been declining and the team has probably been eliminated or down to the bare min with what’s happening with MS taking over, things have been broken for months and months and years on alot of things its unfortunate but its what’s happening.
i am making no excuses as im not part of blizzard just one of you but from what it was to what it is id almost say the api will cease at some point if things dont improve,

not defending, tired, i have been using the api since the xml armory i had high hopes for this new api with what it could do and you know what … i was disappointed when these consistency issues and non communication started. but you know what … there is nothing i nor you can do and moaning and wining and throwing a tantrum about it wont do a thing we have had no contact with a CM for MONTHS all but 1 remains in the discord and he does not reply 99% of the time…
So here is my opinion… The api Will die its just a matter of time blizzard does not have the resources for something that wont make them money, that’s why the team was moved or reassigned, NOW this is my opinion and and very well could be 100% wrong or right we just dont know and will not until a @blue posts something otherwise, Frankly if its dead id rather a post and a warning that its shutting down rather then a slow roll down hill but that may be asking too much.

It is approaching the 2 year anniversary of the incident starting. It’s very disappointing after reading this post that promises to be better at communication but only getting radio silence.
