I was receiving an error when attempting to logon in both BattleNet and Wow by itself. I tried several steps of your troubleshooting pages and then this morning I noticed TLS 1.0 errors in my Event Viewer when connecting to WOW and using BattleNet app. Your client connections seem to be only supporting TLS 1.0 Ciphers, which I have disabled. Once I added the Ciphers for TLS 1.0 I was able to connect. TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 are in the process of being deprecated throughout the world and connections should be updated to use TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3 Ciphers and Protocols. AES CBC Mode Ciphers should not be used. ECDHE_ECDSA would be the prime choice with fallback to ECDHE_RSA , DHE_RSA and finally RSA as both Auth Algorithm as well as Encryption Algorithm ONLY if used in AES GCM Mode.
