I usually play on a wireless connection. But unfortunately it is very unstable. Then I found a cable and it found the internet right away. BUT now I can’t log on to battle.net. And I can’t get into wow.
What do I do?

Thanks for reaching out! If you can’t connect only when using an ethernet cable connection, the problem could be isolated to the network settings, and so contacting your ISP or the router/modem manufacturer to help configure the settings may be your best option. If needed, there are some troubleshooting steps that can be tried to narrow it down further, if needed.
