I was playing D2R and my computer crashed. Now I get an error message “Can’t join game”. This occurs whether I use my existing PC or a new one. I tried deleting the game and reinstalling but there was no change. I did notice that my PC was still there, which it shouldn’t have been if I deleted the game. Now what? I have asked support but have not heard back yet.
