I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Blizzard’s support system right now.
I have been a loyal player for years, but at this moment I am completely locked out of my Battle.net account. I forgot my password, and to reset it the system requires an Authenticator code. The problem is, I cannot access my Authenticator app without being able to log in first.
When I try to remove the Authenticator, I receive an SMS code — but immediately afterwards, the system asks for my password again, which I don’t have. This creates an endless loop with no way out.
I attempted to contact Support, but instead of creating a real ticket, the system keeps redirecting me to automated “Try the following” suggestions that don’t solve my problem. There seems to be no way to escalate my case to a human support agent, which is unacceptable for an account access issue.
This is not a minor inconvenience. I cannot access any of the games I paid for. I cannot change my password. I cannot remove the Authenticator. I am effectively locked out of my account with no solution in sight.
I am asking Blizzard to please review this broken support flow and provide a direct way for players like me to reach an actual support agent when we are locked out of our accounts. Automated suggestions are not enough — we need real help.
I am ready to provide identification documents to prove my ownership of the account, but I need a way to actually contact someone.
Has anyone else faced this issue and found a real way to reach a human support agent? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
