i thought id come back to diablo 2 since this covid is invaiding us at our weakest momments would love to play again

Hey, batltletag! The CD keys on the account look solid, it seems that an old CD key or wrong one may have been used, which reinstalling the game should help with.
Right now, the CD Keys are saying they are in use though. Are you stuck connecting still or having any issues? These may need to be cleared if it says its in use after the reinstall.
there anyway to help me get incontroll of the game it still wants me to ask for further support that disabled screen
Hey, batltletag! It might be a registry problem. Could you try uninstalling Diablo II, creating a new admin account, and installing Diablo II there? Make sure to use the CD Keys on the Blizzard account.
