College Deleted Old email, now I can't access my old Account

I have been trying to access my old account since February and navigating a completely virtual help service is driving me crazy. I have easily given Blizzard over a thousand hours of playtime and dragged several friends into buying Overwatch or trying WoW. The disrespect of not being able to use an account for a game I paid for, (I’m an OG Overwatch player), feels infuriating.

I recently opened another ticket using an email not associated with a Blizzard account. I have answered my old security question and provided photographic evidence that it was my account. I have not heard back from the GM in a week, and it turns out because my email is not associated with a Blizzard account, I can’t even check the status of my ticket. If I could just speak to someone on the phone, I could resolve this in about 5 minutes.

On top of that, I want to give you more money. I want to buy the battlepass so I can get the Widow mythic skin on my old account. I’m not buying the battlepass until I get my old account back. Please help expedite this process. I just want to play on the account I paid for.

the ticket is: US101612958

Hey xFutaTracerx,

Official support isn’t available on the forums. It’s only available through the ticket system.

Did you reply to the email? If so that is a ‘do not reply’ email, no one will see it at Blizzard. You have to submit a new ticket referencing the original ticket with the requested information under the same unassociated email. In other words, each time Support asks anything from you, your response has to be a new ticket under the same unassociated email and it has to reference the previous tickets.

Unfortunately, due to ticket volumes, that hasn’t been available for a while.

As in a personal attempt to intentionally prevent a user from recovering their account? Account recoveries do happen, so there’s definitely not attempts to stop them.

By nature, it is difficult to recover an account simply because you can’t access it to prove ownership. That creates a lot of extra, sometime tedious, steps.
