So I was gifted Cold War and I wanted a refund for it. So why is it that when my friend tries to get a refund, someone at blizzard responded to his ticket saying that I had to do it. But when I go to do it, I knew I couldn’t bc I wasn’t the one to have purchased the game.

Tell me this, why is it so hard to get a refund?

Why is it that my friend isn’t able to get a refund even though he technically bought and has the order number? Why is it that someone who ever answered his ticket suggested that the person he gifted (me) submit a ticket even though it wouldn’t work? Why is it that I cannot receive a proper refund for the game?

The refund really should be going to the person who bought it. I am surprised they did not refund him when he asked (if this was a recent purchase and meets the refund requirements). Has he put in another ticket?

Activision is a worthless company man. They hate giving refunds for anything.
