Great job Blizzard. Pitching a promotion to get people to submit their credit card details, in hopes of purchasing discounted software, then declining all the purchases and locking their accounts. That is what happened to me, from June 26th through July 3rd. My multiple purchases were declined, and my account locked. My husband is furious, and insists that Steam’s Sale version isn’t going to fix anything with the account lock, and none of the support staff are working for the next three days. I am furious that such a large company has so many problems processing simple purchases. Please unlock my account. Phone number has been added, the authenticator was added, and the password has been reset, Battle.net app has been downloaded multiple times, and the software, (multiple complete downloads of over 125GB) have been run multiple times from two different machines. Whatever has been happening recently has tarnished the legacy that Blizzard has been known for, and the consistent issues with declined purchases has lessened my view of the industry as a whole. In short, just don’t give Blizzard any money, and don’t play their free software, ever. The anti-cheat software does not function correctly with anything else operating in the background.
