COD WZ FPS drops after 1.16.2 patch

When I downloaded COD WZ, it worked perfectly well at about 70-80 fps at High-Ultra settings. But, recently after the new patch 1.16.2, I am experiencing a lot of stuttering and constant fps drops from 70 fps to 10 fps while playing and even in the loading screen/menu. I have tried everything in my vicinity to find a fix (i.e. Reinstalling, lowering settings, lowering resolution, etc.) but nothing works.

My rig is as follows :
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
Intel 8th Gen i5
8 GB RAM
Win 10 Home 64-bit

Same problem here with GTX 1070 8GB, i5 6600k, 8 GB RAM.

Activision and Blizzard should fix this problem ASAP. Cannot wait for another patch up!!! its not fair. What’s more pissing off is that it’s not running on NVIDIA GeForce GTX 2080 8GB and Intel 9th Gen i7
