Lags in gun fights. been like this for three days. please help

The same happens to me, I have an rx570 with a ryzen 5 2600, and the average fps is between 110 but there are dps drops when I start shooting, I go into a house or things like that. I’ve been like this ever since I installed it. I also tried to reinstall the game again, but it’s still the same :c
