For some reason Modern Warfare 2019 is lagging while in lobby, I have updated everything, reinstalled game, everything that could be the problem, but it doesnt work. Weird thing also, whn I record gameplay, fps jumps to normal. my PC Ryzen 5 2600x RX 580 4GB 16GB Ram.
same here i have a fps of 10 and i cant even get into a game ive done everything and still laggy and very low fps
try to physically set the affinity of the app to only use cores 0-4 and tune it from there it fixed my issue
