Cod & blzbntbna00000015

Been having issues with COD since I came back from my trip a few weeks ago. After being away for a few months I decided to power up, update everything as I just backed up everything and did a fresh install so I could add a second drive.

Recently, I installed a new m.2 to run my os and programs and I have my larger m.2 for storing cod, as well as other games. Every other game seems to work (through steam that is since I don’t have any other bnet game installed yet) but COD and BNET keep giving me issues.

At first, I was able to play COD normally but then after a couple of matches it was constant crashes from within the game to crashing trying to click on “graphics”, etc and ending with BLZBNTBNA00000015 while trying to launch.

I did also have that weird BNET sleeping error as well but was able to work through that.

I have Malwarebytes exclusions for bnet and cod, as well as windows defender exclusions set, even after uninstalling/re-installing both bnet and cod several times.

At this point, no suggestion I can find seems to fix my issue or allow me to load up COD.

Has anyone else experienced BLZBNTBNA00000015?

Most people are reporting that exclusions aren’t working properly and they needed to disable the software to stop blocking Bnet/games.

If you don’t want to disable, you’ll need to reach out to MalwareBytes for updates.

Something else to also check… according to the Support article linked below, that error can be caused by trying to run your game as an administrator.

If that is the case, try de-selecting that option and check if it helps.
