I have tried contacting Activision with no avail. I just bought the battle pass and now I cant even get through a match. Who do we contact for a refund because this is unacceptable. Blizzard you may be trying to put the blame on Activision but YOUR NAME is still on the game which make you just as responsible. Please help us and fix this so we can enjoy the game again. Many of us have holidays coming up and would most likely want to enjoy some game time with out the crashes!!!

I better not say anything about modern warfare. They will error it up too. Thats all i can play. I dont have vanguard and i have no plans of purchasing it. Not with Cold War messing up

I have the same problem for three days…
every time when entering a mutiplayer game the game gives an error, do not repair the blizzard as it will loop with an error
i’m having the same freaking problem! I tried to uninstall/install the game and I ended up Rebooting my pc! it’s the freaking game itself!!!

refund all of our money. I bought the game 3 weeks ago and cant play. i want a refund now. have filed complaints with the BBB already.

Not sure who is to blame but they need to address this as the game is currently unplayable and multiplayer is crashing with this error no matter what is done. People are reformatting their computers, uninstalling / reinstalling and same issue. If you dont fix it soon this will be the final nail in this franchise…
