I keep getting a “you were disconnected from battle.net please reconnect” or “checking version message”, I was in a cbaal run today and now I can’t even get back on the game.
I was jumping in and out of games a lot trying to power my way in levels so I could start rushing people. Now I can’t even get into the game and no staff has even messaged back in 7+ hours.
Does anyone know of a way to fix this?
A few things to try…Did you try a restart? Do you have another set of keys you can try? What realm are you trying to connect to? Are you able to connect to any other realms? Did you try uninstall and reinstall? Im sure if you answer most/all of these itll help them in one way or another and possibly yourself narrow down the issue.
did all that but a key change i dont have a new key
If you have a dynamic ip try turning off your router for 10 minutes. For some isp providers , you will get a new IP. You were temp banned via IP for too many games. They have a limit. Do not attempt to use a VPN or you will be temp banned for up to 2 weeks. The first time this happens might only be a 12 - 24 hour temp ban, I am not sure, but I think it gets higher each time . The limit is 20 per hour and 100 per 12 hours. If you plan on playing for 12 hours straight, make sure you don’t go past the 100 game limit (roughly 7 games per hour). It may take staff 24-48 hours to respond, unforunately. Usually takes 48 hours for me. Or longer. They can tell you how long your temp ban is , however.
