Checking version PLEASE HELP

I cant even freaking contact blizzard because it’s not letting me get a support ticket in.

It keeps saying checking version and after that is says battle.net isnt responding please try again in a few minutes.

I ran as admin, windowed mode, uninstalled and reinstalled, no vpn, not sure what else to do.

Try right clicking the Diablo 2 shortcut, running the game as administrator. When you connect to Battle.net, alt-tab out and check for any Windows Firewall message, click to allow. See if that helps.
