All my characters i have had since ow1 have been locked for me. I was playing earlier and it was working, its only after the maintenance that this happened. Anyone have any fixes?

Same here. looks like it’s not just torb/bastion after all.

Yep had this problem very few times everytime i got off the game and back on it fixed it…now doing that doesnt fix it this is ridiculous ive put over 1k hours into this game so annoying

Restarting hasn’t fixed it for me yet but im astonished this bug is so prevalent after such an anticipated release

Same here, i have my characters locked and when i go to the heroes quests, it shows up nothing.
Also happening to me, played some before maintenance and now…yeah it’s fugged.
This is quite literally game-breaking, how this is still an issue is incredible to me.
They need to fix this issue. I’ve put too many hours and money into OW as a whole for them to treat me as a new player…like wth man smh
