Character stuck in attack mode animation

My character is stuck in an attack mode animation. I can still play and do everything in the game it is just a visual issue. The steps i have taken to fix the issue on my own.

1. delete WTF folder…did not fix it
2. uninstall cata thru the battlenet uninstall process
3. reinstalled cata thru the battlenet install button…did not fix it
4. uninstall cata and retail thru the battlenet uninstall process, also reinstalled them both…did not fix the issue.
5. I did go into my settings under combat and make sure i wasnt in combat.
   Please help…even tho i can still play the game i would like my character to look how she is supposed to…not the way she is right now.

This is happening on the Mankrik server, horde, Calexises
