My character is currently stuck in mid air from being dc’d mid flight. Service wont work in-game nor on site. I can’t log onto the character with the issue at all.

yep same cant use the website cant use in game, character just keeps spam dcing and nothing I can do. So bad blizzard like seriously you have fallen off its insane, stop letting AI garbage run your companies support system it is so trash.

There is a known issue with some of the support services that’s being looked into. For now, it’s best to give Bliz some time to sort it all out.
In lieu of the unstuck service, most of these falling through world issues will self resolve if you stay logged off the character for about 30 mins.
My character Sïññ-Tichondrius has been stuck for over a day, I cant get through to anyone on the website and the self service has been down for what looks like a couple days off these posts. Every time I log in its an instant DC. Please help me get this toon unstuck.
Unfortunately, I can’t help with the stuck characters themselves. MVPs aren’t employees.
You will need to put in a stuck ticket if the self help is not working. This should get you directly to the right link. The quote is from a Blizzard staff member on the CS forum. Despite the generic looking link title, it does go to a specific location in the support menu.
