Hello there,
A quick post because it is my last solution. One of character falling through the map after a fight, and i’m now unnable to log on (I log and get disconnected directly after a short freeze). I try to open a ticket on the website (gosh it is now impossible I discover) as it is impossible for me to open the Assist mode directly on game (it charge permanently). I try empty the cache, repair the game etc. but nothing fix my initial problem.
I just don’t know what to do, i’m not even sure if this is the right place to post.
However, my character name is Cuauthemoc on Archimonde.

Character Stuck Service is now self-service… Try the link below if the link(s) provided in the support articles above does not work for you:

and click “Continue” to initiate the process.
If all else fails… try the WoW Customer Support forums… Provide details of what you’ve already tried and describe the issues you are facing when trying to use the Stuck Character Service, including OS and version, default browser, and anything else you think might be useful for them to know about.
For future reference… this forum is a player-to-player support forum on the Legacy Games – old games such as Diablo II: Lord of Destruction, Warcraft 1 and 2, etc… WoW has its own separate forums.

Thank you for the help. Unfortunately the tool provided doesn’t detect any stuck character, so i’m blocked at that point, as I can’t open any requests. However, thank you for your help.
