I can’t create a request to change the region from Russia to Kazakhstan.
Using the function "Change the country/region of the account Battle.net ", automatically detects my region of Kazakhstan, but gives the error “The country or region you selected is not suitable.”
When I create a request to technical support “Difficulties with changing the country / region”, attach files with documents, enter a description of the problem, click send request, issues again the error “You cannot send this request.
An error has occurred. Perhaps this is a temporary problem. Please try again later.”
Initially, when registering an account, the region of Russia was selected, since at the time of registration there was no region of Kazakhstan. I am from Kazakhstan myself, I have all the supporting documents (identity card, driver’s license), but I cannot send them for confirmation…
It’s the same problem. Tech support doesn’t help. As a result, I wrote Blizzard directly to the mail, I’m waiting for a response.
