CD KEYS BEEN DISABLE? can't connet to BattleNet

Hi There,

Was cleaning up my room and found my old D2 and D2L expansion in CD’s,
due that i don’t have a CD-rom anymore so i went online and had a search,
so i logged in my Bnet account and follow the step , convert my Original CD-keys in to the “Redeem a Code” field. Enter both D2/D2L CD-KEYS and registered with my account , now i have the new 26 alpha-numeric codes to use with the game client installer, Downloaded and installed both Diablo2 and Diablo 2 expansion,
when i try to connect Bnet, it said :
UNABLE TO CONNECT

THE CD KEY THAT YOU INSTALLED
WITH HAD BEEN DISABLE. PLEASE
CONTACT BLIZZARD ENTERTAINMENT

NEEED HELP

Hydeist,

It looks like your old Diablo II key was banned a long time ago for some reason, though your Lord of Destruction key appears to be fine. We can’t be certain why it was banned because of how long ago the ban happened, but it’s possible that the key was shared or compromised, and an exploitative player got it banned for botting or something similar.

We don’t remove that sort of ban, but if you contact our support team they can remove the banned key from your account which would allow you to purchase a new copy of the original Diablo II game and register it to your account instead.

If you go that route, you can let them know that a forum agent has already verified that your Diablo II (Vanilla) key has been banned and you need the key removed from your account.
