Cd Key in use by me

Hello,

It has been about 4 days since I have been able to use my cd key. They are in use by myself. I tried restarting my computer, I do it once a day before trying again, I disconnected my wifi but it still does nothing did that about twice. Not really sure what else can be done about it.

Any help would be great.
