I have a new phone number due to a SIM card change. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the old SIM anymore. When I try to change my phone number, it asks for verification of the code that was sent. I can’t verify the old number anymore. When I attempt to contact support, it asks me to verify my identity. I press the email option and enter in my code I recieved from my email. However, it takes me back to the same page to verify again! I am stuck in a loop and can’t get to support! Help is very much appreciated!
EDIT: Solved by clearing history, cache, and cookies in the browser.
