Can't turn off my authenticator to add new phone

So I forgot to change my number on my authenticator before changing phone numbers and now I’m locked out of my account. I got the email with the temporary code to login to my account, only to be asked for my Authenticator or SMS code again. I’ve sent tickets to Blizzard for a month now, and still no resolved issue. how do I actually get ahold of them to fix the issue?
