Can't reset my password because I get causious sign pls help

I have been trying to access my account for a full day now, and I have submitted multiple tickets trying to resolve the issue. when trying to reset the password, I incorrectly entered the captcha and was prompted by a yellow caution sign with “back to account management” stated underneath it. I waited several hours over night before trying again, with the new email the GM told me to verify the account with and still cannot log in and the same issue persist. Any advice on how I can go about recovering my account would be appreciated.
