I have prepurchased COD MW4. Preload is now available since yesterday. But I dont have the option to do so. its not in my library but when I go to the game in the store it says its in my library
same issue for meā¦ logged a support ticket yesterday but havenāt heard anything back.

errrr - it is under the generic Call of Duty title - click āinstallā and select the packages for MW4
it is NOT under a new MW4 ātitleā - if that makes sense

Wait, this is crazy, so in the launcher, we need to install āModern Warfareā because they didnāt list it as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 (like the other COD:MWās are named?)
No, that was NOT it. There was no option for MW4
No. The instructions provided on the Activision support website are wrong.
On the Battle.Net App, install āCall of Dutyā.
On page 2, there is a list of games / game modules you can installā¦
Click on those you want and click on Start Install.
