My problem is this: when I press the install button in Bnet a screen opens that asks me to confirm to start the download of the game. In this screen the blue logo in the lower right continues to spin endlessly preventing me from pressing the start installation button. Does anyone know the reasons why this happens and how to solve it?

I am having the same issue, i already did a fresh reinstall of my windows however it did not resolve my issue please fix this blizzard.
In most cases, this is caused by a bad connection route to the content delivery network. A DNS swapout or VPN usually corrects the ISP issue and allows downloads.
