So I forgot when it started happening but for at least 6 months Ive tried redownloading the game but the download speed ALWAYS slows to a crawl at 70%. I have very fast internet and no other game on Bnet or any other games app does this.
Do you have enough space for the installer and game files?
Yes I have plenty of space.
Restart Battle net and PC check storage and disable VPN and antivirus
