Cant find Vanguard?

so… I purchased Vanguard and I cant see it anywhere… cant download it… cant play it… cant search for it??

I looked for your order to see what was going on with Call of Duty. It looks like it was refunded shortly after it’s purchase a while ago. I do see you have a ticket open already and the Game Master that answers it should be able to provide you with more details.

I bought Vanguard through the website online, but when I try to download it through the battle.net app it says I need to buy it still. I’ve tried restarting my computer and I don’t really know what else I can do.

Nevermind I believe I’ve fixed it.

in the blizzard app, under the games tab… vanguard doesnt even exist in the activision tab. I can only see the game advertised on the main screen. But when I click on “buy” it says “GOOD NEWS YOU ALREADY OWN THIS GAME”

but I cant see it in the “games” tab anywhere. I cant download it… i cant play it or access it anywhere. The only place I see it is in the main page where its advertised for sale.

I have the exact same trouble. Payed for the game, but can’t install. It says buy the game, and when I press buy, it says that I alreade have the game . What to do :frowning_face:

Same situation here. I can only install the temporary free version and if i click on buy now, it says that i already have it.
I restarted Battlenet app twice and PC once already and nothing changed.

i just bought the game too… and exact the same issue… payed for the game but can’t install the entire game. What can i do? i uninstalled the free Vanguard game but when i re-install the game again its only 38 GB the free to play period game. The entire game should be around the 85GB… Please provide us the solution!

same for me, payed for the game but cant see, found out that in the history of transactions that payment hasnt been approved yet and is pending- maybe its the same for you guys
