same damn problem. and they want us to get in touch and jump through hoops to fix what we shouldnt be having to fix.
i got the fix i got it. listen i was screwin around and found it. lol. so listen you go to where your battlenet file is, go into the battle net file. u will see files that say for example battle.net.12345. if you see ones with old dates put them in a separate folder, call it back up or something. u should be left with all matching dated files folders and apps. cut the back up folder and move it out of your battle net folder. make sure u closed battle net first of course then re open battle net. let me know if it fixes it for yall or if it was just a lucky fluke.

Seems that this is not an isolated issue. After trying all those steps listed nothing changed. Same error msg just loops at the end of each effort. I even tried to uninstall Vanguard (the issue with the latest update that started the problem) then reinstall the game completely but now the game won’t even install…I just got that same error code again? Trying to get actually support is like trying to steal a fat steak out of the jaws of an angry Pitbull.

I am having the same problem. My update also won’t pass 25%. I tried restarting a ton of times. I have no idea what to do.
probably have to wait for an update to fix the update. I have never seen so many screw ups in a game until modern warfare, yet they want you to pay $70 for their new game when they can’t even get this one right. I’m not sure if the issue is through activision or the battle.net I’m launching it through but on my old x box it updated without a problem. my pc updating through battle.net stops at 25% and just says oops something is broken and to contact any one through these companies is an act of congress.

I deleted and re-installed battle.net (battle.net not warzone) don’t delete the game, just battle.net then re-install it and it should locate the game. After it locates the game simply update it (That worked for me).
don’t know if they fixed it or not but my hard drive was full nothing ever popped up on my pc saying space is low so never thought to look but I had 0 space remaining freed up space and everything is working for me now.
running through the exact same thing I uninstalled game and battle net and redownloaded same code now when i uninstalled i did get to 25% but same thing
did not work i tried 3 times
