hello my friend gifted me Diablo 4, I get this error code when trying to claim BLZBNTBNA000007D0 (2500)
So i went online to the website and when i click the gifts tab after signing in i get an internal service error and a lines of code
Literally same. I can’t even claim on the website without getting 404 on multiple browsers AND devices.
Same code when trying to see gifts on the App, everything else seems to be displaying properly. Opened a web browser and went to check on the website and I get a HTTP Status 500 - Internal Server Error when entering the View Gifts page.
Same thing for me. Trying to claim for the last 30 minutes
same here, can’t load gifts in either app/web
Same here, trying to access my gifts to claim Diablo IV
Get the following error on web:
HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error
Type Exception Report
Description The server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request.
Exception
java.lang.NullPointerException
Note The full stack trace of the root cause is available in the server logs.
And error code BLZBNTBNA000007D0 (2500) in the battle.net app
Same. =-( So sad when young upstart companies struggle with launches.
I am having the same issue. A friend just gifted me Diablo 4 and no luck claiming it. Hope I can get this resolved in time to download and play the beta this weekend.
having this exact same issue, I hope it’s resolved soon so I can join the early access weekend. I won’t be able to play the open beta, so i really need to be able to claim my gifted Diablo 4
Purchased it for a friend, they got the email but the “My Gifts” link is giving us both the same error.
The person I gifted D2R to is also having this same issue. Cannot redeem on either the website or app.
Same thing here, with Diablo 4. Received a gift from my brother, but cant open it neither ways. If someone discover how to solve this, please share the information?
