I came to Canada to study abroad, I want to change my account countries from Argentina to Canada, I have already submitted several tickets via Contact Support - Blizzard Support, and the tickets have no response or it shows that it has been resolved but the country or region still has not changed. I have provided my Canadian ID card with each ticket. I’m very confused and I need help now!

This forum is for Technical Support on Blizzard’s Classic Games… Diablo II (2000) mostly.
You seem to be using the correct URL according to Battle.net Account Country/Region Change - Blizzard Support so I’m not really sure what the issue might be. Response time to tickets is slow at this time (about 7 days)… has it been this long yet ?
My only suggestion would be to move your post to the Desktop App Tech Support - Blizzard Forums where there is more likelihood that it will be seen by Blizzard. Bear in mind, however, that account issues such as this cannot be resolved on the forums… you will need to contact Blizzard Support with a ticket. Blizzard’s Customer Support staff may be able to provide more hindsight on the issue.
To move your post, scroll up to the top of this topic and click the pencil to the right of the title… as if you wanted to modify the title. A new window will open and will provide the opportunity to change the category – change it from Classic Games Tech Support to Desktop App Tech Support. Then click on the button to approve the change and move the post.
