I pre paid for D4 Beta, and it doesnt appear in my library and I have no way of accessing it, i cleared cache, changed password, rebooted as the site recommends, still nothing.
right above the “install” button is a Game Version, you have to select the Beta, have you done that?
same with me I see the game in my library but cant find the "play now’ or the ‘install game’’ button. I purchased the KFC code so disappointing
