So issue is if I try to update my phone number to my new phone (old phone number is no longer mine or in use) it goes into a loop of trying to send a confirmation to my old phone number…which will never resolve the problem with random estimates of 100 minutes to 32 minutes to 80minutes.
I tried getting on the customer support chat; but that is just what appears to be some sort of circle-jerk to keep any actual request for help in an infinite holding pattern.
Is there a way to get actual support to resolve this??? Obviously not giving another penny of my money to blizzard if I can’t get this sorted out. I am pretty shocked out just how bad Blizzard customer service is considering how much money they make; much, much worse than Steam or even GoG.
