get error message “We need your permission to continue. Try again and when Battle.net desktop app or Battle.net update Agent asks for permission, please grant it. Thanks!” even when i run it as admin and click yes when it asks for permission
Open task manager and close Battle.net Update Agent then try again it worked for me
