Hello,
I have an issue, where if i want to update any information on my battle.net profile, i get the message to contact customer support. I couldnt even cancel my WoW subscription, which was resolved by pausing it, after i wrote to customer support.
However, i still need to resolve the issue about not being able to verify my email address or update information. Also, i cannot remove my payment method for the same reason, which is probably the main issue i have.
have u resolved this issue because i just got this problem

This topic is 2 years old… and it is unlikely that the original poster will reply to you; looking at his profile, he has not returned here since the day he posted. You should have created a new topic with a bit more information on the exact issue you are encountering.
Most of the information on your Battle.Net account can be changed by you; go to https://account.battle.net/details and simply update the information as needed.
If the information cannot be updated or if, as was the case with @Razyi. you get a message to contact Customer Support, I would put in a ticket to Blizzard Support and provide detailed information on what you need to update.
